Can I order less than the minimum quantity shown?

Minimum quantities vary from product to product and can be found in the first column of each promotional product page following the column with qty 1 (if applicable). Unfortunately, we cannot add logos to quantities below the minimum, but we can provide these items to you without a logo.

What are debossing, laser-engraving, embroidery, and imprinting?

We insist on the highest quality application of your corporate name and logo on every product we offer to ensure the success of your marketing campaign, so we offer various customization options. What format is required for artwork?

Proper artwork must be submitted in order for your promotional items to be customized with your company name, logo, or message. The best file format for artwork pertaining to debossed or laser-engraved custom logo gifts is a 1-color vector art such as .ai or .eps. Almost any file type with solid colors can be used for embroidered items, but the best file formats are .ai, .eps, .jpg, or .gif. For more information, please visit our Corporate Gift Art Guide.

What happens if I do not have vector art?

If you do not have vector art, Blueberry Ink will redraw a basic logo for you as a complimentary service. This service will add one additional day to the production time.

Can Blueberry Ink modify my art?

Blueberry Ink may make minor modifications to your art, as well as add text, at no extra charge to deliver the best custom promotional gifts with logo. However, we do not offer logo design services. The original design must be supplied by the customer.

What is PMS Color Matching and can I pick the PMS color of my imprint?

The Pantone Matching System, or PMS, is the standard color matching system printers use to ensure they are using the same color on all of your customized corporate gifts by assigning number codes to ink colors. We actually prefer that you select the exact color you would like to imprint on your promotional items so we can keep the number code on file and guarantee the correct color is used for every promotional item ordered. There is no extra charge for PMS matching.

Will I see a proof before my order is produced?

Yes, you will receive a paper proof on all standard orders. This proof must be approved by you before we begin production. Paper proofs cannot be provided for rush orders as they go directly to production with the artwork provided to allow for the expedited service.

What is the difference between a standard order and a rush order?

The only difference between a standard order and a rush order is that a rush order does not include a paper proof. Rush orders go directly to production with the artwork provided.

What are set-up charges?

A set-up charge is the cost of setting up your artwork and configuring the appropriate machinery to print, deboss, laser, or embroider your art onto your promotional products; for example, burning a screen for imprint or creating a metal die for deboss. There is a set-up charge for each color used in your artwork, but only one set-up charge per promotional product. Therefore, you will only be charged one set-up fee for an order of 75 padfolios, but two set-up fees if you want to order 75 padfolios and 150 journals.

Will I have to pay a set-up charge for re-orders?

Exact reorders will not have a set-up charge as your artwork has already been prepared for that particular product. Rare exceptions apply for complex art.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have selected your business gifts, all you have to do is enter your zip code into the shopping cart and a production time and ship transit time will be calculated to provide an in-hands date for your product. Please contact our Blueberry Ink Customer Service representatives for more information on our shipping methods and transit times to ensure a timely delivery.

Do you charge for rush orders?

There is no additional charge for rush orders. However, you will not receive a paper proof as rush orders go directly to production with the artwork provided.

What type of payments does Blueberry Ink accept?

We accept payments by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Payment must be made prior to production.

I am tax exempt. Can you remove the taxes?

Yes, Blueberry Ink will remove all taxes if you provide a valid Tax ID. We also only charge taxes for orders delivered within the state of Florida.
