Once the items are selected, you will receive an order acknowledgment via fax or e-mail. | |

The order acknowledgment will show all the details of your order: item number, quantity, color, imprint, price, in-hands date, ship method and
price. | |

Your order will begin once your have signed and faxed your order acknowledgement and have emailed your art. | |

You will then receive a paper proof that will show your logo as it will be printed on the item. The paper proof will be a second opportunity to review all information before going into production or pre-production stage. Once you have approved the paper proof, production will start. You will be able to contact us at any stage of the process to follow up on your order. You will be notified when your order ships and the tracking number will be provided. | |
